IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Voxa (the "App"). By using Voxa, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Voxa is a real-time translation tool provided by Zhongyun Hengke Information Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). The App provides OCR text recognition, screen translation, voice translation, and related AI-powered services.

2. App Nature & Disclaimer (User Responsibility)

TOOL ONLY: Voxa is a utility tool designed for translation assistance.

Accuracy: We utilize third-party AI models (e.g., Google Cloud, DeepSeek). We do NOT guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any translation results.
User Content: You are solely responsible for all text, images, or content you translate or process using the App. We do not preview or monitor user content.
No Liability: We are not liable for any consequences arising from your reliance on translations provided by the App, especially for legal, medical, or official documents.

3. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to use Voxa to process, translate, or distribute content that:

Is illegal, threatening, defamatory, or infringes on the privacy or intellectual property rights of any third party.
Contains sexually explicit material, promotes violence, or incites hatred/discrimination.
Is used to facilitate fraudulent activities or cyber-attacks.
Interferes with the App’s operation (e.g., reverse engineering, using bots to scrape data).

4. Intellectual Property

Our Rights: All intellectual property in the App (software, branding, UI) belongs to us.
Your Rights: You retain ownership of the original content you translate. However, by using the service, you grant us the necessary temporary license to process such content to provide the translation service.

5. Subscription & Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription. All payments are handled via the Google Play Billing System. Refunds are governed by Google Play’s refund policies.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any business reason.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA) ARISING FROM THE USE OF VOXA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the company is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly consultation or, failing that, through the competent courts in the company’s jurisdiction.
